  • For booking related enquiries, kindly include the following details: booking ID or date, time, location and last 7 digits of debit/credit card used for the booking (if applicable). Patrons who did not receive their confirmation email in their inbox may want to check their Junk Folder.
  • You can make changes to your purchased tickets if it is made at least 2 hours before the movie showtime you originally booked for, in-person at the movie outlet you booked for. This is subjected to seat availability and/or the showtime that you are looking to change to. Note that you will not be able to change movie outlets. There will be a fee of $1.50 per transaction (limited to a maximum of 10 tickets). For Platinum Movie Suites, the fee to change time/date is $5 per transaction.
