1. Inventory Management
and Cost Control
a) Work with Operations
Team to project inventory consumption; minimize discrepancies and
shortfall.

and Finance Team in overseeing and approving of all purchase orders and invoices;
to ensure all costs and overheads are consistent with the budget.
c) Implement control
measures to minimize pilferage, losses, discrepancies, breakages and wastages.

e) Collaborate with Ops
Admin Manager to strategically source, compare and negotiate for

2. Financial
a) Work closely with
(Senior) Theatre Managers/ F&B Manager to develop annual financial budget, cost
management and other financial areas; analyze variances and initialize
corrective actions.
b) Manage controllable
costs through working in a lean, simple, cost-conscious way using good
examples and solutions
in guiding the managers on the various methods to reduce expenses.
c) Works closely with
AD, Operations to develop business plans; establish business strategy and constant
review of ongoing action plan progress.
3. Business
a) Lead new or improve
existing product development from concept to full launch which includes
but not limited to
developing product recipe, ingredients, sourcing suppliers, developing ops
procedure and manuals.
b) Identify market
trends, customer demand to strategize and collaborate with marketing
department to
incorporate trends into the business plans.
c) To constantly monitor
business performance against agreed goals, adapting and taking
corrective action when
required.
d) Source and establish
new sales channels; all aspects in e-Commerce/co-branding partnership
business including

4. Operations
a) Work with Operations
team on the maintenance and servicing of the cinema’s equipment.

Standard Operating processes and procedures with operational practice
and service standards in

activities to AD, Operations.
