Terms and Conditions

• The entire contest duration is from 4 May - 31 Jul, 2359h.
• All customers will be eligible to participate in the contest upon purchase of $15 worth of F&B in a single transaction, inclusive of at least one (1) Coca-Cola beverage, at any Cathay Cineplexes outlet.
• Purchase of movie tickets does not qualify and will not be taken into consideration
• Purchase(s) and receipt(s) must be for the respective month to qualify.
• F&B receipt must be retained as proof of purchase upon claiming of prize.
• There will be a total of nine (9) winners for the contest.
• Three (3) winners will be selected each month from May - Jul 2023.
• Prize tiers for each month include a year's worth of free movies (valid for a maximum of 210 movie redemptions), 5 pairs of Everyday Movie Vouchers, and $100 F&B Vouchers.
• All entries will consist of submission of a completed contest form with unique transaction number, before the last day of the stipulated months, 2359h. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
• Participants will be entitled to one chance to enter the contest with $15 spent on F&B in a single transaction, inclusive of at least one (1) Coca-Cola® beverage.
• Transaction number must be valid upon submission of entry. Transaction number refers to the eight digits found on the F&B receipt.
• The winners must be currently residing in Singapore to be able to collect their prizes at the end of the contest.
• The winners will be notified via their emails.
• The following persons are not eligible to participate in the contest:
• a. Employees of Cathay Cineplexes and their immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same household
• b. Vendors, contractors or partners or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the contest including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors etc.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• Prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• By submitting your entry, you agree that Cathay Cineplexes may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in the entry form, for the purpose of administering this contest, which includes contacting you for the administration of prizes in relation to this contest.
• Any prizes unclaimed after the stated duration date will be forfeited and such forfeiture shall be dealt with at the Management’s discretion.
• In the event that a winner is for any reason whatsoever disqualified, does not claim the prize, is uncontactable for any reason and/or deemed to have forfeited the prize, Cathay Cineplexes at its sole discretion may decide if there should be a replacement winner.
• Cathay Cineplexes shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the contest or as a result of entering the contest or accepting any prize.
• Cathay Cineplexes is not responsible for any errors, non-receipt or missing entries, due to any reason whatsoever including malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, service providers, computer or mobile telephone equipment, software or network failure including any injury or damage to the participant’s computer, or mobile telephone whether software or hardware, related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials for the purpose of the contest.
• Cathay Cineplexes reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this contest or withdraw or replace any of the featured prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
• Cathay Cineplexes reserves the right to terminate, suspend or cancel (in whole or in part) this promotion.
