1) How do I reserve a ticket or book my slot?

You are allowed to queue up at Cathay Cineplex Clementi 321 an hour before your preferred screening. Wristbands and queue numbers will be issued to the first 60 patrons per screening. Please note that queue numbers will only be issued to patrons who are physically present in the queue. Queuing on behalf of others is strictly not allowed.

2) How do I select my seat?

This is a free seating event. There is no need to reserve your seat in advance.

3) Can I reserve a ticket or book my slot online instead?

No. This promotion is available and applicable at the cinema only on a first-come, first-served basis.

4) Does my child need a queue number?

Yes, all patrons regardless of age (with the exception of infants in baby carriers) are required to present a queue number and wristband in order to enter the hall. To ensure your child receives a queue number and wristband, they would need to be physically present in the queue.

5) How long in advance can I start to queue for my preferred screening?

Queuing at Cathay Cineplex Clementi 321 commences an hour before the respective showtimes. Advance queuing is strictly not allowed and will be deemed invalid. Please remain in the queue for entry to the hall.

6) Am I still allowed to enter the hall if I have lost my queue number and/or wristband?

No. Patrons are required to present their queue number and wristband upon entry to the hall. Please ensure that these items are with you at all times. Replacements will not be issued in lieu of misplaced queue numbers and wristbands. Patrons may rejoin the queue if slots are still available.

• Valid only at Cathay Cineplex Clementi 321 from 7 - 8 Dec 2024. Online bookings and/or reservations not available.
• Queue numbers and wristsbands will be issued per number of pax present. Reservation of queue numbers on behalf of others is strictly not allowed.
• All patrons (with the exception of babies) are required to have a queue number and wristbands in order to attend the free screening.
• Patrons without queue numbers and wristbands will be denied entry under any and all circumstances.
• Queuing commences one hour before respective showtimes. Advance queuing is strictly not allowed.
• This is a free seating event. Seats are available on a first-come, first-served basis.
• Standard house rules apply.
• Cathay Cineplexes will not be held liable for misplaced queue numbers and/or wristbands.
• Cathay Cineplexes reserves the right to terminate, suspend or cancel (in whole or in part) this promotion.
