3) Please KEEP your receipt for verification purposes.

Terms and Conditions:

• The entire contest duration is from 1 Sep to 20 Oct 2024, 2359hrs.
  
• All customers will be eligible to participate in the contest upon purchase of any LARGE-SIZED (32oz) or upsize your REGULAR (22oz) Coca-Cola soft drinks at any Cathay Cineplexes outlets.
• Receipt of purchase from respective Cathay Cineplexes outlet MUST be retained as proof of purchase upon claiming of prize.
• There will be a total of Fifty (50) pairs of Universal Studios Singapore Halloween Horror Nights Admission Tickets (worth $180 each) and five (5) pairs of Universal Studios Singapore R.I.P Tour Tickets (worth $520 each) will be given for each round of prize selection.
• All entries will need to be fully completed and submitted before 20 Oct 2024, 2359h. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
• Participants will be entitled to one (1) chance to enter the contest with every unique transaction number. Transaction number refers to the seven digits found on the receipt. E.g. 1487852.
• Winners will be notified via SMS, WhatsApp text, email, or phone call with details of how to claim the Prizes. 
• Winners must be currently residing in Singapore to be able to collect their prizes at the end of the contest.
• Persons ineligible and excluded from this Promotion are: (a) Employees of Cathay Cineplexes , Pacific Refreshments Pte. Ltd. and their advertising, fulfillment and promotion agencies; (b) Affiliates and subsidiaries and the immediate families (spouses, and parents, siblings, children and each of their spouses and household members) of each of (a) and (b); (c) Persons who are prohibited under the laws of their country of citizenship, residency or domicile to participate in any games of chance and/or skill, or this Promotion.
• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• No choosing of prizes is allowed and prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• By submitting your entry, you agree that Cathay Cineplexes may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in the entry form, for the purpose of administering this contest, which includes contacting you for the administration of prizes in relation to this contest.
• Any prizes unclaimed after the stated duration date will be forfeited and such forfeiture shall be dealt with at the Management’s discretion.
• In the event that a winner is for any reason whatsoever disqualified, does not claim the prize, is uncontactable for any reason and/or deemed to have forfeited the prize, Cathay Cineplexes at its sole discretion may decide if there should be a replacement winner.
• Cathay Cineplexes shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the contest or as a result of entering the contest or accepting any prize.
• Cathay Cineplexes is not responsible for any errors, non-receipt or missing entries, due to any reason whatsoever including malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, service providers, computer or mobile telephone equipment, software or network failure including any injury or damage to the participant’s computer, or mobile telephone whether software or hardware, related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials for the purpose of the contest.
• Cathay Cineplexes reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions of this contest or withdraw or replace any of the featured prizes with items of similar value without prior notice.
• Cathay Cineplexes reserves the right to terminate, suspend or cancel (in whole or in part) this promotion.
