• The entire contest duration is from 20 Nov - 31 Dec 2023, 2359h.
• All customers will be eligible to participate in the contest upon purchase of at least two (2) movie tickets at Cathay Cineplex Century Square.
• Receipt and/or movie tickets from Cathay Cineplex Century Square must be retained as proof of purchase upon claiming of prize.
• There will be a total of 6 winners for the contest, 2 winners will each win an OSIM uDivine V Massage Chair and 4 winners will each win an OSIM uThrone S Gaming Chair with Customisable Massage.
  
• All entries will consist of submission of a completed contest form with a photo or screenshot of receipt or movie tickets, before 31 Dec 2023, 2359h. Entries submitted after this date will not be considered and incomplete entries will be disqualified.
• Participants will be entitled to one chance to enter the contest with every pair of movie tickets purchased.
• The winners must be currently residing in Singapore to be able to collect their prizes at the end of the contest.
• The winners will be notified via their emails.
• The following persons are not eligible to participate in the contest:   

(a). Employees of Cathay Cineplexes and their immediate family members and/or relatives living in the same household.  

(b). Vendors, contractors or partners or any other individuals directly involved or connected to the Lucky Draws including their affiliates, subsidiaries, employees, directors etc. 

• The judges’ decision is final and no correspondence will be entertained.
• No choosing of prizes is allowed and prizes are not exchangeable for cash or other items.
• By submitting your entry, you agree that Cathay Cineplexes may collect, use and disclose your personal data, as provided in the entry form, for the purpose of administering this contest, which includes contacting you for the administration of prizes in relation to this contest.
• Any prizes unclaimed after the stated duration date will be forfeited and such forfeiture shall be dealt with at the Management’s discretion.
• In the event that a winner is for any reason whatsoever disqualified, does not claim the prize, is uncontactable for any reason and/or deemed to have forfeited the prize, Cathay Cineplexes at its sole discretion may decide if there should be a replacement winner.
• Cathay Cineplexes shall not accept any responsibility for any damage, loss, injury or disappointment suffered by any participant entering the contest or as a result of entering the contest or accepting any prize.
• Cathay Cineplexes is not responsible for any errors, non-receipt or missing entries, due to any reason whatsoever including malfunction of computer on-line systems, servers, service providers, computer or mobile telephone equipment, software or network failure including any injury or damage to the participant’s computer, or mobile telephone whether software or hardware, related to or resulting from participation or downloading any materials for the purpose of the contest.
