All vouchers and Cathay E! Passes listed in this website are only valid for use at Cathay Cineplexes in Singapore.
Only original vouchers will be accepted. Replacement vouchers / Cathay E! Passes will be not extended if the original voucher is damaged or lost.
Non-refundable & cannot be exchanged for cash in part or full.
A 50% cancellation charge from the total amount payable will be imposed on cancelled order upon submission of this order form.
All vouchers and Cathay E! Passes are not valid for redemption for corporate bookings or for bulk redemptions, as well as other promotions, discounts and redemptions.
Strictly no extension of the expiry date will be allowed.
Vouchers and Cathay E! Passes cannot be sold or advertised without the prior written consent of Cathay Cineplexes.
All gift voucher / E!Pass purchases are not valid with discounts & promotions such as but not limited to credit card rebates.
The Management reserves the right to amend any of the terms and conditions without prior notice.
Invoice will be only be issued for orders above $1,000.
All cheques should be crossed and made payable to Cathay Cineplexes Pte Ltd.

For local delivery and one-way only.
A min. order quantity of 10 vouchers is required. No courier service will be provided for orders less than 100.
Orders will be delivered within 5 working days from date of order confirmation.
Extra charges will be imposed on subsequent deliveries.
No refund for non-delivered items (wrong addressees, office closed at time of delivery etc).
The management reserves the right to alter the terms and conditions without prior notice.

A min. order quantity of 10 vouchers is required. A $0.50 per unit discount is valid for a min. order quantity of 100 vouchers and above.
This can be used on any day of the week, at any time, for any movie title. Not valid for 3D, Tamil, Hindi, Film Festival titles, Movie Marathons, Special Previews, Platinum Movie Suites and other Special-Priced Tickets.
Not valid for phone / internet / kiosk bookings.
Not valid for group bookings exceeding 20 vouchers.

This voucher can be used any day of the week, at any time, for any movie title screened at the Platinum Movie Suites.
This voucher is not valid for phone, online and kiosk bookings.
This voucher is not valid for special previews, movie marathons, dining & movie packages and other special screenings.
Not valid for corporate / group bookings exceeding 6 seats.
