*Please note that any changes to your booking can only be made by going directly to the box office of the cineplex that you booked your tickets, at least 2 hours before the movie showtime you originally booked. This is subject to seat availability of the movie and/or showtime that you want to change to. You are not able to change movie outlets e.g from AMK Hub to JEM.
In addition, please note that there is an administrative fee of $1.50 (per transaction and limited to a maximum of 10 tickets) to make changes to your booking (not applicable to Platinum Movie Suites ticket(s), separate fee to exchange Platinum Movie Suites ticket(s) apply).
In the event that you do not receive an online booking confirmation from us, please use the "Check booking" function located on the top right corner of our website to check your booking.
If the booking is confirmed, you can simply key in the booking ID at our "Online Booking Counter" located at the cinema outlet of your movie. If there is no booking ID, then your movie is not confirmed and you would have to rebook your tickets.
In the event that you have been charged due to an error booking, please drop us an email at with the following information:
1) An image (screenshot or picture) of your credit card statement / unbilled transactions from your credit card’s iBanking indicating clearly the amount charged by Cathay Cineplexes, and the credit/debit card number (last 7 digits)
2) The date of the error transactions and location of the cinema
3) Lastly the mobile number that you had made the booking with
Alternatively, you may also refer to the Terms & Conditions stated in the confirmation email sent upon confirmation of your booking. Patrons who do not receive their confirmation email in their inbox may want to check their junk emails.
All transactions once completed and confirmed are not refundable under any circumstances similar to transactions for tickets at National Stadium etc. No refunds or exchanges will be entertained if you do not turn up to collect your tickets.
